Robin Michaels, resides in Sedona, Arizona. Robin is an
Aromatherapist and LMT, specializing in Holistic Aromatherapy Massage.
Robin graduated from the Harold J. Reilly School of Massage Therapy at
the Edgar Cayce Foundation in 1994 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Robin
is the Spa coordinator and head therapist at Adobe Grand Villa’s
boutique B&B with independent local practice including NCBTMB
certified instructor for continuing education courses in Aromatherapy
and boutique business owner.

2oz. Chaparral Bath tea bag: bring large pot of water to boil, throw in
muslin tea bag and reduce to simmer for 10mins. Then turn off and let
sit and steep while you turn on your bath water. Pour steeped tea into
the bath with or without the tea bag, when you are ready to enjoy your
soak.
(1) 2oz. Pinyon Pine and Himalayan bath salts. Pour salts into tub as you start your bath.

2oz. White Sage oil (after your relaxing soak) apply to body. In the
colder temperatures coconut oil solidifies a bit; I recommend sitting
the unopened bottle in a cup of very hot water while you soak. Sometimes
