(1) 2oz. Chaparral Bath tea bag: bring large pot of water to boil, throw in muslin tea bag and reduce to simmer for 10mins. Then turn off and let sit and steep while you turn on your bath water. Pour steeped tea into the bath with or without the tea bag, when you are ready to enjoy your soak.

(1) 2oz. Pinyon Pine and Himalayan bath salts. Pour salts into tub as you start your bath.

Aromatherapy Courses (CE for Massage therapist)

Any Massage therapist interested in taking a couple of Aromatherapy courses before the end of the year??? I have been thinking it is time to teach a couple of one day courses before the end of year . . . maybe a Monday or Tuesday, Digestive system for sure and Muscle, joint and tendon ESSENTIALS. It's not necessary to be a massage therapist however you would receive CE hours toward your continuing education, if you are. Wondering about that very question. To be taught in Sedona, AZ . . . thinking November and December for dates . . . What do you think?
